This is art. It may be disturbing and provoking. It should make you think and discuss. I am amazed at the misinterpretation by some viewers of the in your face symbolism. Damn, It's more than obvious, some of it is labeled - IMF and WORLD BANK. It's about crown and gown (government and religion), duality, inequality, technology, propaganda , war, racism, eugenics, excess and waste. This is greater than any leader, nation or ism (political/economic/religious system). This is GREED and it could be argued the other six sins, a great depiction by Hermitte. This represents the apex of millenia of civilization. The more things change the more they stay the same.
